The Atlantic Square apartment tower under construction in Overtown has been painted, photos by Phillip Pessar show.
Groundbreaking for the tower took place in January 2023.
Atlantic Square is planned to include:
- 616 apartments (of which 360 will be reserved for workforce income residents)
- 5,013 square feet of retail
- 15,093 square feet of full service restaurant
- 5,013 square feet of fast food restaurant
- 605 parking spaces in an 8-story garage
Bermello Ajamil is the Design Architect, while Corwil Architects is the Architect of Record.
Atlantic Pacific Communities, LLC is the developer.
