Rooftop Club & Restaurant Coming To New 830 Brickell Tower In 2025

Plans have been announced for a rooftop club and restaurant at the new 830 Brickell tower.

Developer OKO Group and hospitality operator Tao Group are partnering on a new venture called Miami Members Hospitality. The space at 830 Brickell will be their first venue.

The rooftop at 830 Brickell will include a Mediterranean restaurant and club which features a private members-only lounge.

Both the restaurant and club will open in 2025.

830 Brickell opened in October, becoming the first Class A+ office tower delivered in the last decade in the Brickell.

Tenants include Microsoft, Citadel, Kirkland & Ellis, Marsh, Sidley Austin, Corient (formerly known as CI Financial), Thoma Bravo, Santander Bank, and A-CAP, among others.

The 57-story tower stands 724 feet above ground, making it the tallest office building in Brickell.

It was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, with interiors by Italy’s Iosa Ghini Associati.

OKO Group and Cain International are the developers.

An overpriced Mediterranean restaurant, by the Tao Group, with a “members only” section?

People watching is going to be insane. Wish more local concepts or fast casual would open in the city, rents are unsustainable for good eats to open up and everything has to be these huge productions which often time have mid food at best (looking at you casadonna and gekko)

Which restaurants have better food than these in your opinion?

Agreed on the Casadonna part but Gekko is actually pretty good.

hot take (i dont know why for a city like miami) but not everything luxury restaurant has to be mediterranean. there are plenty of luxurious cuisines that come from latin america and even south asia for all i care about. sucks that there’s a stigma that luxury food can’t be latin but must always be italian or japanese

Every “luxury” Latin and South Asian restaurant fails miserably. There’s only so much you can do to glorify something served on a donkey-pulled cart across the globe.

“Local concepts” and fast causal are not going to occupy the top floor of a Class A office tower? What are you expecting, a taco truck carried by a drone?

Dude, it’s the rooftop of a $600M tower not Little Havana

What’s up with the west side of this building?

Thank goodness it’s a private members only club, that should help to filter out the riffraff

Say that when one waddles out of the 7-Eleven in the crappy low-rise next door, and into this tower’s lobby and up the elevator.

Even our new Class A office towers have clubs in them 😆 too bad it’s not a more sophisticated setup. But at least it’s not Grutman’s Groot group.

That balcony shown is not the rooftop.

Personally, I’d rather just brown bag a couple peanut butter sandwiches and better fund my 401K.
