Those are some ideal-sized sidewalks! The entire river walk on both sides and bay walk should match and connect. Seems like its going that way, but we could accelerate it with incentives or something.

About as close to a highway, as the Adrienne Arsht Center or the Perez Art Museum.

This is the prime geographic area in Miami, soon to benefit from an enhanced river walk and new parks that will seamlessly link Brickell to downtown. This connection will be quicker and more convenient than Wynwood’s, thanks to a nearby metro station and extensive waterfront access. Over time, all areas will be interconnected in Miami, with this area at the center.

Under an Interstate overpass and on a working river isn’t Prime in Miami. Maybe in Pittsburgh or Louisville, but not Miami. Prime in downtown Miami is the southern tip of Brickell Key. Print my post and share it with your Dream marketing team. They need a clue.

It’s not just a working river; it’s a thriving river—a luxurious residential and entertainment hub, a top city tourism asset, and a central landmark. This riverside gem finally captures the vibrant, world-class appeal Miami deserves and craves.

The eastern facade still looks like shite. Yes it faces a freeway, but also downtown.

Do you mean the small blank wall on the small end facing Northwest? It’s not that bad and if it’s in with the mid-century architecture style.

It should be rebranded as Wet Dream due to its riverfront location and dock spaces.
