Foundation Pour Completed For 75-Story Baccarat Tower In Brickell

A foundation pour took place this weekend for Brickell’s 75-story Baccarat Residences tower.

The pour began on Friday and continued into Saturday, according to Due Italiani a Miami. Roads were closed during the pour.

Baccarat is approved by the FAA for a permanent height of 848 feet above ground.

The development will include 324 tower residences, 8 penthouses and 28 riverfront flats and duplexes.

The residential units at Baccarat are 95% sold, according to an April press release.

Completion is planned for early 2028.

Beautiful building

Are we looking at the same building? It’s a hulking, jagged mess of concrete. The stucco and glass railings wont help.

How did they ever get that far without your expert opinion? You should post with your real name so they hire you for your consultation.

WE are looking at a great building… YOU are looking at your own rental property.
No builder in Florida would build a skyscraper with stucco!

No human rights in Dubai. Don’t compare it to Miami.

Dubai is safer because of strict laws. Everything has a price. Architecturally speaking, it’s light years ahead of Miami.

Dubai is NOT safer. Everything is controlled, you can’t even hold hands with your significant other unless you are married. If you are a woman, or gay you have no rights. So Dubai is just as safe as people were under the nazis.

Also, Dubai has some nice buildings but the majority of them are ugly. Miami has so much more architecturally, Art Deco and modern structures plus Miami has culture and a nightlife.

Dubai is only advertised more because they have lots of money to create a false reality. Also, people that live there always say positive things about Dubai but that’s simply because criticizing Dubai is illegal and can result in imprisonment or death. ….so much for safety🙄

Actually most buildings in Dubai are ugly beige buildings made of stucco. You should visit and see that Miami is much nicer esthetically, and don’t even get me started with quality of life and human rights. Miami wins on all aspects!

Miami wins overall …. But the spears of Dubai , notwithstanding some ugly ducklings there too , have nothing to do with the mostly flat tops skyline of Miami ….

But, renderings do not show the Viceroy residences 10′ away on 5th Street at entrance to this…. that are now vertical and the existing Capital Grille office building that will become the (Third Phase Tower) project directly in front on Brickell.
Also, across the river will be another (?) Three Phase Tower HYATT project that soars even taller. Renderings are very “Conceptual Only”. Buyer Beware.

Early 2028? 🙄🙄 you mean 4 years to raise a single tower? Come on, the Empire State Building was built in 13 months and is not I g compared to the Baccarat in term of architecture. I’m confused. 🤔

Early 2028 isn’t 4 years it is 3 years, and could possibly be sooner, because they haven’t even started yet.
