First Crane Installed At Construction Site Of 65-Story Tower

A tower crane has been installed at the construction site of the E11EVEN Residences Beyond in Park West.

There are now two 65-story E11EVEN towers rising on the same block. The first is already roughly halfway up.

The E11EVEN Residences Beyond, where the new crane was just installed, will include:

  • 558 residential units
  • 7,119 square feet of bar/cocktail lounge/nightclub
  • 21,611 square feet of retail

Groundbreaking for E11EVEN Residences Beyond took place in June 2023, after developers PMG and E11EVEN Partners secured a $262 million construction loan.

Why do we need helicopter pads? Does anyone care about that?

I wish these developers wouldn’t install the helipad and would put a roof up there. nobody is arriving by helicopter anywhere in Miami, ever. the airport is so close already.

Any update on Legacy across the street? That site has been dormant for at least 3 months now. Would be great to hear what the update is there

These towers aren’t that big Melo would be done with the first tower by now!

They’re around 700’ – that’s hundreds of feet taller than anything melo has built in that area.

But these towers actually look aesthetically appealing. Nothing Melo has done looks aesthetically appealing.

Still boxes doe. Only thing this development has is preserving an old historic low-rise.
