In Brickell, the 44-story Lofty Brickell tower is rising vertically.
It is one of three towers planned at the One Brickell Riverfront complex.
Lofty Brickell is planned to include 364 residential units allowing short-term rentals.
The second tower will be the 45-story Standard Residences.
Plans were submitted to the UDRB last year for a third tower on the site. It is planned to rise 59 stories, or 730 feet.
