Planning is now underway by a developer to build a branded condo-hotel in Miami, according to a press release.
A rendering shows the building will have around 30 floors.
The developer is working with the City of Miami to increase the site’s density to accommodate up to 360 units, the release said.
An $8.36 million pre-development bridge loan was secured for the property last week.
Royal Palm Companies is the developer.
