Demolition of a building at the One Brickell Citycentre site is now nearly complete, according to Due Italiani a Miami.
Work to demolish a second building on the site is still not approved however.
The demolished building is at 710 Brickell Avenue.
The second building at 799 Brickell Plaza is closer to the Brickell City Centre complex.
A demolition permit for 799 Brickell Plaza entered its eighth review cycle in June, but is now awaiting corrections by the applicant again, according to Miami Building Department records.
