Construction Permit & Building Heights Submitted For Overtown Condo Development

An Overtown condo development is moving forward with multiple new filings to prepare for the start of construction.

The condo tower is known as One West Twelve Residences. It will allow short term rental flexibility.

Yesterday, the planned height of the building was filed with the Federal Aviation Administration for review.

According to the FAA filing, the tower is planned to rise 300 feet above ground, or 314 feet above sea level.

A construction permit application is also now in review with Miami’s Building Department.

The permit application was created on August 7, and accepted on September 3, with review now underway.

According to the construction permit filing, the development will include:

  • 372 condo units
  • 4,892 square feet of retail
  • eight floors of garage

The estimated hard construction cost is listed at $95 million. John Moriarty is the contractor.

In July, the developers said that 50% of the units had been sold in just one month.

A restaurant is planned by Marcus Samuelsson. There will also be a rooftop garden and pool.

Cube 3 is the architect.

PMG, Lion Development Group, and LNDMRK Development are the developers.
