Construction Permit Application Submitted For 56-Story Tower

A construction permit application has been submitted to Miami’s Building Department for the 56-story Edge House Miami tower in Edgewater.

The permit application was submitted on August 21 and the full plans are not yet under review by the Building Department as of this morning

The estimated hard construction cost is listed in the new filing at $128,562,701.

The condo hotel will have 56 stories, rising 636 feet, with 600 units, the filing states.

A request is also pending to add Thornton Residential, LLC as the contractor attached to the master permit.

In August, approval was granted by the FAA for a permanent building height of 637 feet above ground, or 641 feet above sea level on the property.
