An auto-related commercial establishment is planned at Mary Brickell Village.
Miami’s Office of Zoning issued a notification on December 6 that a final decision was complete on a warrant for the establishment.
The project name is listed as Auto Showroom – Mary Brickell Village. It will be located in space 152 at the shopping center.
A construction permit to build out 4,000 square feet at space 152 was filed earlier this year with Miami’s Building Department. That permit also describes it as an auto or marine related commercial establishment.
There’s also a permit to build a driveway at space 152.
The nearest auto showroom us one block away at Brickell City Centre, where Lucid Motors has a store.
