A Live Local apartment building in Little River is advancing with multiple new filings.

Filings with the FAA on November 27 show that two construction cranes are planned to be installed at the property, reaching heights of 390 and 430 feet above ground.

A master construction permit application was also filed with Miami’s Building Department on November 18 and is now in prescreening.

The permit filing lists an estimated $125,429,676 in hard construction costs, with 448 multifamily rental units and seven floors of parking garage planned.

A total demolition permit for the property was issued on September 9.

The permanent tower height of 360 feet above ground, and 368 feet above sea level on the property was submitted to the FAA on September 17.

The 28-story tower also had a hearing before Miami’s UDRB in July.

In addition to residential, plans call for 19,219 square feet of commercial space, and 697 parking spaces in a garage.
