New renderings and details have been released for the Standard Residences in Brickell.
According to a fact sheet on the developer’s website, the tower is currently under construction, with completion planned in 2027.
A total of 422 units are planned, finished with porcelain floors.
Unit sizes range from 432-square-foot studios to 963-square-foot two-bedroom residences, with pricing starting at $600,000, according to a press release.
The 45-story Standard is being built adjacent to the 44-story Lofty Brickell tower, which is also under construction. The towers will share a podium.
Condos will have Miele appliances. There will be a 45th floor rooftop lounge, a 10th floor Standard wellness spa, a 9th floor restaurant and bar, and a ground floor Avra Estiatorio restaurant on the riverfront.
Interior design is by Goodrich in collaboration with The Standard’s In-House Design Studio.
Short term rentals will not be permitted, the developer told The Real Deal.
Midtown Miami also has a Standard Residences under development and near completion. That development is “almost entirely sold-out,” the press release said.
Arquitectonica is the architect.
