43-Story Downtown Miami Tower Celebrates Top Off

The first of two towers at Namdar Towers has topped off, according to architect Behar Font & Partners.

Namdar Towers will include two 43-story towers upon completion.

There will be a combined 1,394 residential units and 7,984 square feet of commercial space between the two high rise buildings.

Construction on the first tower began around April 2023.

The first tower will have 680 apartments, while the second tower will have 714 units. Permitting is underway for the second tower.

Just 336 parking spaces are planned for the two towers, or around one space for every four units.

Rents are still so cheap Downtown. Where else can you live downtown of a major city, in a building with pools, doorman etc and pay only $4,000 for a one bedroom? In NY similar apartments go for $15K

Theres the Rok Family Shul – Chabad Downtown about 20 min walk from there Brickell and we just signed a lease to open a Shul and Jewish Student center on bottom of this building – Namdar Chabad Jewish Student Center

Miami is building lots of skyscrapers, just a little less than NYC but it’s more noticeable in Miami because the skyline is not as congested as NYC.
