Plans have been submitted to the Urban Development Review Board for a 6-story residential development in Wynwood Norte.
The development is planned to include:
- 140 residential units
- 10,456 square feet of retail, including 6,771 square feet of micro-retail
- 207 parking spaces
Parking spaces are planned in a basement level, and on two above ground levels lined with retail and residential.
A hearing before the Urban Development Review Board is scheduled for November 20.
Binst Architects of Antwerp, Belgium is listed as the design architect. Charles H. Benson & Associates of Miami Beach is listed as the architect.
