A developer has launched sales for a condo called Ombelle Fort Lauderdale.
Ombelle will include 775 units, with prices starting from the $400,000s. The smallest unit starts at 465 square feet. There will also be an option to buy furnished units.
Flexible rentals with a minimum of 30 days will be permitted.
The development will have over 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and over 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
Ombelle’s “delicate exoskeleton” design was created by architect ODA.
