Another 57-Story Tower Planned In Edgewater

A developer has acquired property in Edgewater where it will soon file plans for a 57-story tower, according to the SFBJ.

Grupo T&C will file plans in Q1 2025 for a building with 600 and 800 residential units.

Some of the units will be developer-owned rental apartments, while others would be condos allowing flexible rentals.

The developer paid just over $15m for property on NE 35th Street where the new tower will be built.

Grupo T&C is also planning a separate 55-story Edgewater tower called Edge House. That building is scheduled to break ground in Q1 2025.

I sure hope so, considering the beautiful prewar homes that were destroyed for this assemblage.

Yep. Once again, we’re back to the same old trend. What tower? Why are they saying they have a tower planned when they don’t even have a tower to show? There are no renderings whatsoever. Renderings please. If there are no renderings, then don’t announce and if there are no renderings, then don’t post. Seriously.

It’s a concept of a plan.

Who knew a lack of hi-rise renderings were such a trigger for aspies?

Prolly rectangular building on a big parking podium with jutting balconies and a few gimcracks that get value engineered into irrelevance.

Please “keep posting updates even if you don’t have renderings, we aren’t all nutjobs, don’t worry
