The 14 ROC tower planned in downtown Miami has received FAA height approval, and a utilities deal has been completed. A tree permit has also been applied for.
The Federal Aviation Administration approval was issued on October 5. It allows a permanent building height of 395 feet above ground, or 407 feet above sea level.
Miami-Dade County completed a deal with the developer on October 8. The county will supply water and sewer for:
- 284 residential units
- 2,000 square feet of full service restaurant
- 25,000 square feet of self-service storage units
Tree permit applications for the properties that make up the development site were applied for on October 21, and are now in process.
The tower is planned to rise 32-stories.
Condo units will allow owners to rent their units on a flexible basis.
Units will range from 410 to 964 square feet, with prices starting at $495,000.
RSP Architects is designing the tower. Interiors are by March and White Design. Landscape is by Urban Robot Associates. Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.
