Miami A Top Destination For Those With 100M+

Miami remains a strong draw for individuals with a high net worth, according to a new report.

New World Wealth and Henley & Partners listed the top “holiday hotspots,” where those with over $100m liquid investable wealth had primary or secondary homes.

Miami was at the top of the list, with over 650 centi-millionaires having either primary or secondary residences.

Palm Beach and West Palm Beach had an additional 400+ centi-millionaires, Boca Raton 150+, and Fort Lauderdale 100+.

New York City remains at the top of the list for full-time wealthy residents, with 744 centi-millionaires.

That is 1,300 in the Miami MSA, wonder what the New York MSA has, can’t be that much more.

One thing for sure is, all those wealthy people are driving up the prices for my yacht fuel.

I’d much rather live in even freaking Homestead than NYC. Who wants state income taxes and cloudy 30 degree winter days?

I’ve heard that the Metropolitan Museum
Of Art, the United Nations, and the New Yawk
Stock Exchange are all planning to relocate to Miami. In fact, I’ve heard credible rumors that this country’s capital might move from DC to Miami.

With $100+ million, you don’t need escorts.

Anyone who doesn’t live in Miami is meshuganah. Moses misunderstood where the “Promised Land” was really located.

Yeah – everyone knows Miami is a playground for the super rich. The problem is they are prioritized over the needs of every day people that live here year-round.
