Emirates Bringing New Business Class Seats To Miami

Emirates will soon be flying its newly refurbished 777s to Miami, offering an improved business class and premium economy.

The airline currently flies from Miami to Dubai and Bogota daily. The Dubai service began in July 2021, and Bogota service began in June 2024.

Both flights are currently served by 777-300ERs. Business class seats are in a 2-3-2 configuration.

Last month, Emirates announced it was beginning to refurbish 81 of its 777-300ERs, and now the airline has announced the refurbished planes will fly to Miami.

The refurbished planes will have business class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, as well as a new premium economy section in a 2-4-2 configuration.

The first refurbished Emirates planes will fly to Miami on February 19, 2025. By March 1, all Emirates flights from Miami will be served by the refurbished planes.

I hope they replace Turkish Airlines Business Lounge as well because it is really not up to the standards. Horrible food and horrible service.

That “business” lounge is the worst in the world, we surely deserve something better.

Finally! Not quite on par with Qatar’s Q-suite, but much better than their current b-class product.

The airplanes are more comfortable than the airport. Imagine that.

If you’re in a pressurized cabin for an elongated period of hours, I would hope so.
