In Bal Harbour, a 24-story condo tower designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is now under construction.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on September 20 to celebrate groundbreaking.
It will include 56 ultra-luxury units “Designed to provide a single-family home experience,” with private elevators and garages. Units will range in size from 3,300 to nearly 13,000 square feet.
Coastal Construction Group is the contractor.
Related Group, Rockpoint and Two Roads Development are the developers.
Completion is planned in 2027.
