56-Story Miami World Tower 1 Gets TCO

Miami World Tower 1 has obtained its initial Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, according to contractor Coastal Construction.

It is TCO #1 for the tower, Coastal wrote.

Miami World Tower 1 rises 56 stories and includes 565 apartments, 3,000 square feet of full service restaurant, and 401 parking spaces.

Construction activity was first spotted at the Miami World Tower site in late 2021. The first crane was installed in April 2022, and a foundation pour took place in June 2022.

Developer Lalezarian has also filed plans for an additional three towers with another 2,043 multifamily residential units on the site.

The towers are a part of the Miami Worldcenter development.

Will it have any light features to accentuate the curvy design also at night?

All I see is a box with some wavy balconies. We can only hope the next phases with more interesting architecture move forward.

Any news on the additional towers proposed on this lot?

This is where the old Camillus House was…nothing short of incredible how much this area has changed. Where else has a homeless shelter been replaced by a luxury tower with an Apple store across the street?

I NYC they would build a bigger homeless shelter with doorman service and a pool, so happy that I moved here!

I love the podium on this one. All liner units except a small section above the parking entrance. I saw it yesterday in person and looks really good. Nice and glassy.

Beautiful all-glass tower and really exceptional build quality. Can’t wait to see the rest of the development!

Are these for sale or rent? Prices?

If they have a TCO, why can I not find any information about leasing units at the property. I don’t even find a website for the building?
