43-Story Downtown Miami Tower Celebrates Top Off

The first of two towers at Namdar Towers has topped off, according to architect Behar Font & Partners.

Namdar Towers will include two 43-story towers upon completion.

There will be a combined 1,394 residential units and 7,984 square feet of commercial space between the two high rise buildings.

Construction on the first tower began around April 2023.

The first tower will have 680 apartments, while the second tower will have 714 units. Permitting is underway for the second tower.

Just 336 parking spaces are planned for the two towers, or around one space for every four units.

Rents are still so cheap Downtown. Where else can you live downtown of a major city, in a building with pools, doorman etc and pay only $4,000 for a one bedroom? In NY similar apartments go for $15K

Totally agree. And there’s actually many units with those same amenities for around even $3k.

Especially when more businesses will be open at Worldcenter, rents will go as high as Brickell or even higher.

You are not accounting for all the people moving in. Demand is at all time high!

Great to see more incoming residents in the Central Business District! There should be more projects like this in this area. Hopefully this will incentivize a certain someone to fulfill his promise and renovate Flagler Street

Every month, Miami seems to grow, with new vibrant blocks and towering skyscrapers transforming its skyline. Its current scale resembles Manhattan in the mid-19th century (circa 1850s), just before the explosive growth of the Gilded Age brought it into its era of grand prosperity.

Miami is building lots of skyscrapers, just a little less than NYC but it’s more noticeable in Miami because the skyline is not as congested as NYC.

Miami could eventually overtake NYC but it will take time as NYC started building a century before.

Honestly best part of NYC was where Miami was then up until where NyC is today. We are entering best century for Miami potentially.
