In Edgewater, a 40-story tower known as Cove Miami has converted reservations for condos into contracts and announced a construction start date.
Construction work is planned to commence in Q1 2025, the developers of the project said yesterday.
Even before converting to contracts, there was strong interest in the 134 condo units planned through the reservation process, a press release said.
It is the first Miami development for SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, both national developers based in New York.
The team has already completed pre-development work, including demolition and the construction of a new seawall.
