40-Story, 466-Unit Flow House Launches Sales At Worldcenter

Flow House is launching sales at Miami Worldcenter.

The new property will offer the same amenities and community events as Flow’s existing rental towers.

Flow House will rise 40-stories, and include 466-units.

Units will be delivered finished and furnished, with studios starting at $450,000 and one bedrooms starting at $600,000. Units will include sustainably sourced materials and cutting-edge technology.

Buyers also have the option to upgrade to gourmet kitchens

The building has already topped off, and delivery is planned in 2025.

“We learned while building Flow over the last two years that the exact same needs faced by renters are also faced by owners in terms of lack of community and lack of connectivity,” said Flow co-founder Adam Neumann.

Maybe I’m color blind but the existing flow and her sister is currently faded gray

Totally agree, unless that is a primer, colors on this rendering don’t match what I see.

Is this just the second tower that will be condos? Prices look good!

Hopefully they plan to paint both buildings in this new schema when completed.

To do that the entire building would be covered in scaffolding for years. I severely doubt that is the case considering this building was just finished so I’m not sure why they are representing the building like that – it is a far cry from reality.

oh god please don’t repaint the towers to that tacky color scheme. It would go from luxury to section 8

A repainting of that scale literally takes years. I dont think its going to happen

This is so pretty bad. Worldcenter keeps disappointing. From the Paramount tower to this, is huge let down.

Delusional people like you would rather have the ocean of parking lots.

Worldcenter is better than Brickell in every aspect.

Except the aspect of being better, which it is not.

World center will have a flow of transient Airbnb residents.
